Katolsk Infobutik – The Christian shop in Århus

Who are we? Our shop is under the auspices of the Catholic church but is very ecumenical in nature. Our products and services are geared to the Christian community in general but people of all ages of many nationalites and faiths or even non-faith visit us.

Products

We sell books, music, religious articles, jewelry and sacred art, all with the basic intent of inspiring devotion or thought. We sell books in English from the Catholic Truth Society.

Services

Our shop, which is light and airy and with beautiful background music, provides a peaceful setting to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while you browse our shelves, read a bit in the books or publications we have or chat with other customers or our staff.

Sometimes we arrange courses or lectures and information about these can be found in the shop. For example, we held a one-week course in icon painting and we have held lectures on the difference between Catholicism and Protestantism or on various Christian themes.

We are located in the heart of Århus, just two minutes from the main train station.
